 ective risk assessment has been a crucial component of the BIT process. To
  objectively assess risk\, teams must apply a standardized tool to every c
 ase &ndash\; regardless of how serious or how trivial the case may seem. T
 he NaBITA Risk Rubric is designed to be the initial assessment applied to 
 every case.</p>\n<p>In this Talking BITs\, the presenters will provide a b
 rief overview of the NABITA Risk Rubric then engage participants in a case
