Cancellation Policy: Please note our conference cancellation policy: Du e to commitments to our facilities and partners\, cancellations are subjec t to a $75.00 fee up to one week before the event. After that\, the full f ee can be charged. No-shows at the event will be charged the full fee.&nbs p\; Cancellations must be in writing. Please email hal@gael.org to cancel. If the conference is cancelled due to state or federal regulations\, you will receive a credit for your full fee. \;A contingency cancellation policy will go into effect if we are unable to host the 2022 Fall GAESP/GA MSP \;Conf erence safely\, according to CDC guidelines\, government mandates\, or sim ilar reasons. NO CANCELLATION PENALTY will be assessed. A credit for the c onference will be applied. \;
