\nCancellation Policy
\nDue to commitments to our facilities/partners and the limit of in-person registrations this year\, all cancellations for the live Confer ence up to November 7\, 2021\, are subject to a cancellation fee of $100.0 0. (This cancellation fee will be waived if you choose to retain your 2021 -2022 G-CASE Membership.) Cancellations after November 7th will be charged the full registration fee. No-shows at the conference will be charged the full registration fee. All cancellations must be in writing. Please email sburbach@gael.org to cancel. Substitutions of persons attending the confe rence are allowed. Please notify Sarah Burbach\, G-CASE Executive Director \, (sburbach@gael.org) of the substitution so that the appropriate printin g of the substituted name badge and billing will be made.&rdquo\;
\nA contingency cancellation policy will go i nto effect if we are unable to host the 2021 Fall G- CASE Conference safel y\, according to CDC guidelines\, government mandates\, or similar reasons . In this case\, NO CANCELLATION PENALTY will be assessed. A credit for th e conference portion will be applied\, and you will retain membership in G -CASE. If you desire a refund\, G-CASE will refund the conference portion of the registration.
\nYou may switch your acc ess to the conference (from live to livestreamed\; livestreamed t o live). The registration fee for the switched-to conference will prevail if the switch is made on or before October 31\, 2021. After October 31\, 2 021\, the cost will be based on the live registration fee (to cover meals\ , refreshments\, etc.). \nBecause of a contractual agreement made with Dr . Adolph Brown\, his 90-minute keynote presentation will not be recorded b ut will be shown live to both the audience in Savannah and to the live-str eamed audience. Also\, because of the number of Breakout Sessions going on at one time\, selected Breakout Sessions will either be shown live to our live-streamed audience or will be recorded for you to watch at a later ti me.
