All \;conference registrations include a complimentary GAEL Membership and one Affiliate/Associate Membership for t he 2025-2026 fiscal year. \; Attendee registration also includes the S unday Evening Reception and Low Country Boil. Breakfast and lunch will be served on Monday and Tuesday. \;Also included is the Dueling Pianos R eception on Sunday night and the GAEL Family Fun Night at Summer Waves on Monday. \;(NOTE: \;Be sure to indicate if you will be attending th e \;Low Country Boil on Sunday! There is no charge for attendees. Additional guest tickets may be purchased during registration.)

~~Cancella tion Policy for 2025 GAEL Summer Conference \;is as follows and acknowledgement is required during registration:&nbs p\;~~Due to commitments to our facilities\, partners and affiliates\, there is $150 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be waived for those who r etain their 2025-2026 GAEL and Affiliate Memberships. The last day to canc el is May 30\, 2025. \;After that\, the full fee will be charge d. \; No-shows at the event will be charged the full fee.&nb sp\; \;Cancellations MUST be in writing. In the event the confe rence is unable to be held face-to-face safely due to COVID-19\, severe we ather\, or other large-scale emergencies or acts of nature\, \;we will not cancel the conference and the GAEL contingency plan will go into effe ct.
