Cancellation Policy: \;< span style="font-family: georgia\; font-size: 16px\; color: #000000\;">Due to commitments to our facilities/partners \;and the limit of in-perso n registrations\, all cancellations up to October 10th\, 2025 are subject to a cancellation fee of $100.00. (Cancellation fee will be waived if you choose to retain your 2025-2026 GAESP membership). Cancellations after Oct ober 10th will be charged the full registration fee. No-shows at the confe rence will be charged the full registration fee. All cancellations must be in writing. Please email hbeaver@gael.org\, jhardin@gael.org\, or criddle @gael.org to cancel. \;A contingency cancel lation policy will go into effect if we are unable to host the 2025e Fall GAESP/GAMSP \;Conference safely\, according to CDC guidelines\, government mandates\, or similar reasons. NO CANCELLA TION PENALTY will be assessed. A credit for the conference portion will be applied\, and you will retain membership in GAESP/GAMSP. If you desire a refund\, GAESP/GAMSP \;will refund the conference portion of the registration.
