The 20th Annual highly acclaimed SS TAGE Promising Practices Conference will feature an opening session\, as w ell as two breakout sessions\, with our 2027 Georgia Teacher of th e Year\, Charm Mapp. 2027 TOTY Mapp will share her perspective on the importance of public education and equip educators to engage their st udents in formative and summative assessments to enhance their critical an d creative thinking skills. Participants will also be able to easily imple ment &ldquo\;math talks&rdquo\;\, &ldquo\;five-minute challenges&rdquo\;\, &ldquo\;one-pagers&rdquo\;\, &ldquo\;create the question&rdquo\;\, and &l dquo\;rank the errors&rdquo\; with their students to foster a sense of col laboration and a love for learning.

\nConcurrent conference sessions will focus on the most promising practices for Multi-T iered System of Supports (MTSS)\, Response to Intervention (RtI)\, Student Support Teams (SST)\, Science of Reading\, Learning\, and Instruction\, T ier 1 Instruction\, and Whole Child Supports\, Mental and Physical Health\ , &\; Safety featuring elementary\, middle\, and high schools along wit h districts from around the state implementing highly effective practices with successful outcomes\, and a wide array of special interest topics tha t are informative and practical from expert educators including several fr om GaDOE/ GaMTSS.\n
