Due to commitments to our facilities/partners \;and the limit of in-person registrations\, all cancellations up t o October 11th\, 2023 are subject to a cancellation fee of $100.00. (Cance llation fee will be waived if you choose to retain your 2023-2024 GAMSP me mbership). Cancellations after October 11th will be charged the full regis tration fee. No-shows at the conference will be charged the full registrat ion fee. All cancellations must be in writing. Please email msigler@gael.o rg to cancel. \;A contingency cancellation policy will go into effect if we are unable t o host the 2023 Fall GAESP/GAMSP \;Conference safely\, according to CDC guidelines\, government mandates\, or similar reasons. NO CANCELLATION PENALTY will be assessed. A credit for the conference portion will be applied\, and you will retain membership in GAESP/GAMSP . If you desire a refund\, GAESP/GAMSP \;will refund the conference portion of the registration .
