REFUND POLICY for Sponsors a nd Exhibitors for this Event: Due to contracted commitments for facilities\, meals/ snacks\, and partners\, cancellations are subject to a $50.00 fee up to 2 weeks (14 calendar days) before the opening day of the event . After that\, the full fee will be charged. No-shows at the event will be charged the full fee. Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to Sar ah Burbach\, G-CASE Executive Director (sburbach@gael.org). Substitutions of persons attending the conference as exhibitors/sponsors are allowed. Please notify the G-CASE Executive Di rector (sburbach@gael.org) of the s ubstitution so that the appropriate printing of the substituted name badge and billing will be made. If the conference is canceled\, G-CASE will ref und your entire sponsorship fee.
