Tessie Rose Bailey is a principal technical assistance consultant at AIR. Her primary responsibilities incl ude developing high quality technical assistance resources and providing t echnical assistance to states\, districts\, and institutions of higher edu cation. She provides support through the Collaboration for Effective Educa tor Development\, Accountability\, and Reform (CEEDAR) Center\, National C enter for Systemic Improvement (NCSI)\, and Center for Response to Interve ntion (CRTI). She has extensive experience in response to intervention\, s pecial education services and law\, secondary and transition services\, te acher education and evaluation\, and scaling up evidence-based practices.< /span>

SSTAGE encourages participants to find a substitute. Replacement s will be welcome and there wil l be no charge to transfer a registration to a colleague for the event. \; Advance notice of replacements is preferred.If an individual registers and doe s not attend the event\, he/she will be marked \;as a "no show" and the full conference fees shall apply . Registrants are responsible for payment. Refunds will not be made for &ldquo\;no shows."
