 he conference will be charged the full registration fee. All cancellations

 ns of people attending the conference are allowed.&nbsp\; Please notify Sa

 ution so that the appropriate printing of the substituted name badge and b
 illing can be made. Cancellations before November 2\, 2025\, are allowed\,
  but the $100.00 G-CASE Membership fee will still be charged so that membe
 rship in G-CASE does not lapse. A contingency cancellation policy will go 
 into effect if we are unable to host the 2025 Fall G-CASE Conference safel
 y\, according to CDC guidelines\, government mandates\, or similar reasons
 . In this case\, NO CANCELLATION PENALTY will be assessed. A credit for th
 e conference portion will be applied\, and you will retain membership in G
 -CASE. If you desire a refund\, G-CASE will refund the conference portion
