You will enjoy spending time with Jeff Butler\, our keynote speaker\, as he presents Maximizing Millenn ial Tenure and Leveraging their Potential. \; Jeff Butler is a speaker\, author and passionate millennial \;who helps organizations improve their retention of millennial employees. \; Jeff has been in the trenches of what i t means to be a millennial and what it takes to retain and keep them engaged. \; Butler has quickly b uilt his reputation as a memorable presenter with tangible solutions for a ttracting\, retaining\, and engaging Millennials as employees. \; He i s the author of two books \;The Authentic Workplace \;and \;The Key to the New You.

Phil Hartley will be presenting an a lways informative legal issues update. \; The Professional Standards Commission will provide important certifi cation updates. \; \;Karen Wyler and Kathy Reese of the Georgia D epartment of Education will be presenting a session on Support from the Start: \; P20 Partnerships and Collaborat ing to Support Induction Phase Educators and their Mentors. \;

A Pre-Conference Session is planned &ndash\; All about Personnel Records &ndash\; What to keep\, how long to keep them\, and open records request. \; This session will be led by R andy Howard\, Bibb County Schools&rsquo\; In-House Attorney. \;

A continental breakfast and a box lunch will be available for those who attend the pre-conference session. \; \;
