Cancellation Policy: Due to commitme nts to our facilities\, meals\, and partners\, all cancellations for the C onference on or after \;February 16\, 2026\, will be charged the full registration fee. No-shows at the conferenc e will be charged the full registration fee. All cancellations must be in writing. Please email sburbach@gael.org \;to cancel. Subs titutions of persons attending the conference are allowed. \; Please n otify Sarah Burbach\, G-CASE Executive Director\, (sburbach@gael.org ) of the substitution so that the appropriate printing of the substit uted name badge and billing will be made. \;A contingency cancellation policy will go into effect if we are unable to host the 2024 Fall G-CASE Conference s afely\, according to CDC guidelines\, government mandates\, or similar rea sons. In this case\, NO CANCELLATION PENALTY will be assessed. A credit fo r the conference portion will be applied\, and you will retain membership in G-CASE. If you desire a refund\, G-CASE will refund the conference port ion of the registration.
