Due to commitments to o ur facilities/partners \;and the limit of in-person registrations\ , all cancellations up to October 11th\, 2023 are subject to a cancellatio n fee of $100.00. (Cancellation fee will be waived if you choose to retain your 2023-2024 GAESP membership). Cancellations after October 11th will b e charged the full registration fee. No-shows at the conference will be ch arged the full registration fee. All cancellations must be in writing. Ple ase email hbeaver@gael.org to cancel. \;A contingency cancellation policy will go into e ffect if we are unable to host the 2023 Fall GAESP/GAMSP \;Conference safely\, according to CDC guidelines\, government mandates\, or similar reasons. NO CANCELLATION PE NALTY will be assessed. A credit for the conference portion will be applie d\, and you will retain membership in GAESP/GAMSP. If you desire a refund\, GAESP/GAMSP \;will refund the conference por tion of the registration.
