Cancellation Policy:&nb sp\;Due to commitments to our facilities/partners \;and the limit of in- person registrations\, all cancellations up to October 10th\, 2025 are sub ject to a cancellation fee of $100.00. (Cancellation fee will be waived if you choose to retain your 2025-2026 GAMSP membership). Cancellations afte r October 10th will be charged the full registration fee. No-shows at the conference will be charged the full registration fee. All cancellations mu st be in writing. Please email hbeaver@gael.org\, jhardin@gael.org\, or cr iddle@gael.org to cancel. \;A contingency c ancellation policy will go into effect if we are unable to host the 2025 F all GAESP/GAMSP \;Conference safely\, accor ding to CDC guidelines\, government mandates\, or similar reasons. NO CANC ELLATION PENALTY will be assessed. A credit for the conference portion wil l be applied\, and you will retain membership in GAESP/GAMSP. If you desire a refund\, GAESP/GAMSP \;will refund the conference portion of the registration.< /span>
