Exhibit space si ze is 6 feet by 6 feet.
\n
Each space is provided wit h one 6ft skirted table\, two chairs\, &\; one trash can. \; If you need more than 6 feet\, please request additional space.
\n
Spaces will be assigned on October 25\, prior to set up. \; Ex hibit booth spaces are neither pre-assigned nor assigned on first come-fir st serve basis. \; Assignments are made in accordance with need (elect ricity\, phones\, etc.) and exhibit product. \; \;

Setup is any time on Sunday October 25\, 2020 before 2:00 P.M.
\n
Exhibits are op en Sunday afternoon until 5pm and Monday 7:30am - 4:30pm\n
Signs are limited to booth space only.
\n Deadline for requesting space is October 20\, 2020

A confirmation and receipt will be sent to you.\n
Exhibitors are encouraged to remain until closing\, on Oct ober 27\, at 4:30 p.m.

Exhibitors are encouraged t o provide a door prize.

Exhibitors are invited to participate in all conference activities \;
