Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Due to commitments to our facilities\, meals\, and part ners\, all cancellations for the Conference on or after \;February 25\, 2023 will be charged the full reg istration fee. No-shows at the conference will be charged the full registr ation fee. All cancellations must be in writing. Please email \;sburbach@gael.org \;to cancel. Substitutions of persons attending the conference are allowed. \; Please notify Sarah Burbach\, G-CASE Executive Director\ , (sburbach@gael.org) of the substitution so that the appropriate print ing of the substituted name badge and billing will be made. \;< /span>

A contingency cancellation policy will go into effect if we are unable to host the 2023 Fall G-

\nCASE Co nference safely\, according to CDC guidelines\, government mandates\, or s imilar reasons. In this case\, NO CANCELLATION PENALTY will be assessed. A credit for the conference portion will be applied\, and you will retain m embership in G-CASE. If you desire a refund\, G-CASE will refund the confe rence portion of the registration.
