Throughout this strand\, e ducational leaders will share proven strategies and practices aimed at pro moting efficacy within the educational ecosystem. \;Insights will be s hared into fostering belief in students\, empowering teachers\, and inspir ing leaders to reach their full potential. \;Innovative ideas and coll aborative strategies will be shared to ensure that every student\, teacher \, and leader can thrive in the educational landscape. \;Participants will explore strategies for building confidence\, resilience\, and a growt h mindset among educators and students\, and will leave equipped with prac tical tools and approaches to cultivate a positive and supportive learning environment where everyone thrives.

\n\;This breakout session will highlight the importance of collaboration among students\, teachers\ , and administrators in driving academic achievement and overall success i n public education. Participants will explore effective strategies for fos tering teamwork\, communication\, and shared accountability within educati onal communities. Conference attendees will discover practical approaches for setting high expectations\, aligning goals\, and leveraging each stake holder's strengths to maximize student outcomes. From creating a culture o f continuous improvement to celebrating collective achievements\, this ses sion will empower participants to work collaboratively towards a common vi sion of excellence in public education.

All \;conference registrations include a comp limentary GAEL Membership and one Affiliate/Associate Membership for the 2 024-2025 fiscal year. \; Attendee registration also includes the Sunda y Evening Reception and Low Country Boil. Breakfast and lunch will be serv ed on Monday and Tuesday. \;Also included is the GAEL Family Fun Nigh t at Summer Waves and the John Yates Beach Run on Monday. \;(NOTE:&nbs p\;Be sure to indicate if you will be attending the \;Low Country Boil on Su nday! There is no charge for attendees. Additional guest tickets may be pu rchased during registration.)

s required during registration:

Due to commitments to our facilities\, partner
s and affiliates\, there is $150 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee wi
ll be waived for those who retain their 2024/2025 GAEL and Affiliate Membe
rships. The last day to cancel is May 31\, 2024. \;
After that\, the full fee wil
l be charged.&nb
sp\; No-shows at the
event will be charged the full fee. \; \;Cancellations MUST be in
writing. In the event the confer
ence is unable to be held face-to-face safely due to COVID-19\, severe wea
ther\, or other large-scale emergencies or acts of nature\, \;we will
not cancel the conference and the GAEL contingency plan will go into effec
t. Instead\, general session topics will be held virtually at dates to be
announced (if real time live stream is no longer an option).
