 elegation rules overseen by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) is a 
 complex process for both new and experienced RNs working in community base
 d care.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>With the recent revision to Division 47\, this trai
 ning will help nurses become more confident in the nurse delegation requir
 ements\, processes\, and documentation.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Upon completion of

 ne the elements of RN Delegation as listed in Division 47</li>\n    <li>Re
 cognize the most common tasks of nursing</li>\n    <li>Perform the process
  of RN delegation of nursing care tasks to unlicensed persons</li>\n    <l

 es\, including delegation forms approved by OSBN</span></li>\n    <li><spa
