 rator Training Program is recognized by the State of Oregon Seniors &amp\;
  People with Disabilities to fulfill the requirements of 853-035-0000 (Res
 idential Care Facility Administrator Application Requirements\; (6) Submit
  proof of having completed at least 40 hours of training pursuant to OAR 8
 53-035-0100.)</p>\n<p>This training course offers a unique opportunity to 
 explore balancing regulatory requirements with principles of community-bas
 ed care programs concepts and practical implementation of critical residen
 t services from highly respected consultants and community-based care prof
 essionals.&nbsp\;Through balanced information\, resource materials and int
 eractive exercises\, attendees will develop critical thinking skills neede
 d to comply with regulatory intent while keeping the needs and desires of 
 residents at the core of all systems in an ALF/RCF. Each program day\, foc
 uses on a critical element of ALF/RCF administration:&nbsp\;</p>\n<ul>\n  
   <li>Day One: Foundation of ALF/RCF Administration</li>\n    <li>Day Two:
  Foundational Practices of Resident Move-in and Person-Centered Care</li>\
 n    <li>Day Three: Administrator Role in Resident Health Services</li>\n 
    <li>Day Four: Survey Process and Quality Improvement Programs</li>\n   
  <li>Day Five: Connecting with State Agencies/Regulatory Principles</li>\n
 </ul>\n<p>Successful completion of this virtual training program requires 
 participants to attend live virtual training in its entirety\, complete on
 line learning modules and independent study elements.</p>\n<p><span style=
 "color: var(--main-font-color)\;">Certificates of completion are awarded f
 or successful completion of course and final assignment. Registration fee 
 must be paid in full to receive certificate of completion.</span></p>\n<p>

 tates that you must have at least one of the following work or educational

 ont-color)\;">Employed in a professional or managerial capacity in a field
  related to health or social service for at least two of the last five yea
 rs\; or</span></li>\n    <li><span style="color: var(--main-font-color)\;"
 >Earned at least a bachelor&rsquo\;s degree in a health or social-services
 -related field\; or</span></li>\n    <li><span style="color: var(--main-fo
 nt-color)\;">Have a combination of experience and education deemed suffici
