 ing&nbsp\;<span style="color: var(--main-font-color)\;">initial preceptor 
 training\, and experienced nursing facility preceptors needing to complete
  the required preceptor training update.</span></p>\n<p><span style="color
 : var(--main-font-color)\;">This Oregon Long Term Care Administrators Boar
 d approved training will prepare participants to take on this role and be 
 a successful mentor for new Nursing Facility Administrators. In this compr
 ehensive\, three-hour program\, participants will learn about the Oregon N
 ursing Home Administrators Board rules\, requirements and expectations of 
 an Administrator in Training (AIT) program.</span></p>\n<p>\nParticipants 
 will learn tools for finding the right AIT to fit within company/facility 
 culture and how to develop an AIT curriculum and training program which ta
 kes into account the experience\, strengths\, and weaknesses of the AIT. P
 articipants will walk out of this course as certified preceptors and be ar
 med with the tools necessary to create a comprehensive program that cultiv
 ates successful AITs.\n</p>\n<p><strong><br />\nNursing Facility Preceptor
  Qualification Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n    <li>Hold a current Ore
 gon Nursing Home Administrator license with no current or pending discipli
 nary action and with no fines\, fees\, or civil penalties owing to the age
 ncy</li>\n    <li>Have been a licensed nursing home administrator for at l
 east three years</li>\n    <li>Have attended a board approved workshop for
  preceptors in Oregon within three years preceding the date of application
