 are training program was created to meet the training needs for new and ex
 perienced RCCs/RCMs working in assisted living and residential care commun
 ities in Oregon. <strong>This course consists of 2-days of live virtual in
 struction (9:00am - 2:00pm) and approximately 6.0 hours of self-directed o
 nline learning modules daily.&nbsp\;</strong></p>\n<p>This intensive orien
 tation to the roles and responsibilities of the resident care coordinator/
 manager in community-based care will benefit both new and experienced assi
 sted living and residential care professionals. The purpose of this course
  is to familiarize the learner with the role of the resident care coordina
 tor and the skills needed to perform this role. Pertinent regulations and 
 processes will be examined. The course engages the learner in service plan
  development\, the elements of a safe medication system\, change of condit
 ion and monitoring requirements\, abuse and neglect reporting\, and qualit
 y improvement practices.</p>\n<p><span style="color: var(--main-font-color
