 State law that took effect in October 2018 along with the requirements and
  responsibilities for both employers and employees to ensure compliance wi
 th the law.  Participants will learn about what is considered sexual haras
 sment\, what to do when confronted with sexual harassment\, the available 
 resources for both employers and employees and how to draft a policy that 
 complies with the law.  This webinar satisfies the broad NYS requirement f
 or Sexual Harassment training. Following this training\, employers will be
  responsible for training employees on their specific funeral home policy.
