 rk State law that took effect in October 2018 along with the requirements 
 and responsibilities for both employers and employees to ensure compliance
  with the law.  Participants will learn about what is considered sexual ha
 rassment\, what to do when confronted with sexual harassment\, the availab
 le resources for both employers and employees and how to draft a policy th
 at complies with the law.  This webinar satisfies the broad NYS requiremen
 t for Sexual Harassment training. Following this training\, employers will
  be responsible for training employees on their specific funeral home poli
