\nNumerous lawsuits
are filed because a Third-Party Cremation Provider looks at cremation as
just &ldquo\;Simply Business&rdquo\;. They have no relationship to the fam
ily\, nor do they receive any training from cremation experts. There is li
ttle supervision\, and most of the time\, pay is minimal. That is why it i
s imperative\, you\, the funeral home using that Third-Party Provider\, es
tablish policies and procedures with that provider. Conducting a crematory
interview\, and an unannounced inspection goes a long way if you are ever
sued by the actions\, or inactions\, of your Third-Party Provider. The fa
ilure of practicing Due Diligence is now deemed irresponsible and negligen
t by a court of law. This one hour program will explain what you need to d
o to assure your Third-Party Provider is conducting cremations in a legal\
, professional\, and ethical manner.
