 Environmental Health Association (NEHA) has closely monitored developments
  of the COVID-19 pandemic since its inception earlier this year. After car
 eful deliberation\, the NEHA Board of Directors has made the difficult but
  necessary decision to cancel the 84th Annual Educational Conference (AEC)
  &amp\; Exhibition scheduled for July 13&ndash\;16 in New York City. We pr
 ioritize the health of our members\, attendees\, partners\, presenters\, c
 ontractors\, students\, and staff over all other concerns.<br />\n<br />\n
 &ldquo\;For the first time in our 83-year history we will be unable to gat
 her face-to-face to celebrate our environmental health unsung heroes\,&rdq
 uo\; said Dr. David Dyjack\, NEHA Executive Director. &ldquo\;We are despe
 rately needed in communities everywhere to assist in a return to normalcy.
  Let our science drive the recovery and resiliency of our communities and 
 let us share our lessons learned the next time we meet at the 2021 AEC in 
 Spokane\, Washington.&rdquo\;<br />\n<br />\nAll NEHA 2020 AEC conference 
 registrations\, preconference workshop registrations and special event reg
 istrations will automatically be refunded according to the schedule below.
  Full registration refunds will be made based on when NEHA received the mo
 st recent payment. Once your registration cancellation is processed\, you 
 will receive confirmation via e-mail. <strong>You do not need to contact N
 EHA to initiate the refund process.<br />\n</strong><br />\n<p>If your mos
 t recent payment to us was received:<span style="white-space: pre\;">	</sp

 <li>Before December 31\, 2019&nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp
 \; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\;

 ween January 1 - February 29\, 2020&nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\;

 de via credit card\, the refund will be returned to that same credit card.
 <br />\nIf your registration payment was made via check\, the refund will 
 be returned with a check mailed to the main address listed on your MyNEHA 
 account.</p>\n<p>If your registration payment was not yet submitted and yo
 u have an open invoice on your account\, this invoice will be cancelled an
 d removed from your account.</p>\n<p>If your registration payment was made
  by your employer\, the refund will be made directly to your employer.<br 
 />\nIf you would like to transfer your NEHA 2020 AEC registration fee to N
 EHA 2021 AEC in Spokane\, WA or donate your registration fee to the NEHA g
 eneral fund to assist NEHA in offsetting the significant cost of canceling
  the conference\, please email <a href="mailto:Staff@neha.org">Staff@neha.
 org</a>.</p>\n<p>If you purchased a membership with your registration\, yo
 u will be contacted by our Membership Department about processing your ref
 und. We would like you to consider retaining your membership to support th
 e operations of our organization.</p>\n<p>If you made a donation to NEHA w
 ith your registration\, thank you.&nbsp\; A letter has already been provid
 ed to you as a tax receipt\, so your donation will not be refunded.</p>\n<
