 ing from its members that the Department of Labor (DOL) had rejected their
  Form 5500 filing for 2016. We have now found out that DOL has rejected ev
 ery 2016 Form 5500 filing that used coding or some other way to mask the p
 articipants name in the PEO sponsored benefit plan. Moreover\, DOL is givi
 ng PEOs 45 days to resubmit the Form 5500 correctly. Failure to do so coul
 d subject your PEO to penalties and retroactive fines. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>
