 </div>\n<div>Marine Fire Investigation is a 3 1/2 day class on investigati
 ng fires on marine vessels. Developed through a collaboration between the 
 IAAI and the American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC)\, students receive tra
 ining from IAAI facilitators\, industry leading marine fire investigations
 \, marine surveyors\, engineers and special investigators. Topics will inc
 lude the following: safety\, hot surface ignition\, marine explosions\, el
 ectrical systems\, vessel terminology\, interviews\, data collection\, sci
 entific method\, methodology\, legal considerations and evidence. Utilizin
 g the team concept\, classes conclude with a hands-on investigation of a P
 re-burnt vessel\, generation of a preliminary report\, and presentation of
  each team's findings to the class.</div>\n<div><br />\n</div>\n<div>Upon 
 completion of this class\, students will understand marine vessel terminol
 ogy\, concepts of how marine electrical and propulsion systems are configu
 red and operate\, and safe and practical methods of investigating marine f
 ires.</div>\n<div><br />\n</div>\n<div>Class starts promptly at 8am on Tue
 sday\, June 27\, 2023.</div>\n<div>Class will be dismissed at 3pm on Frida
 y\, June 30\, 2023.</div>\n<div>This course is 30 hours of instruction.</d
