 aspiring instructors with a foundation in adult learning theory\, instruct
 ional methodology\, and course design. Participants will examine how adult
 s learn\, identify strategies for engaging diverse learners\, and apply pr
 oven instructional techniques to improve knowledge retention and skill dev
 elopment.<br />\n<br />\n<br />\nThe course addresses the development of m
 easurable learning objectives\, organization of course content\, selection
  of appropriate instructional methods\, creation of effective learning act
 ivities\, and alignment of assessments with intended outcomes. Participant
 s will also explore classroom facilitation\, learner engagement\, presenta
 tion techniques\, feedback\, and methods for evaluating instructional effe
 ctiveness.<br />\n<br />\n<br />\nThrough discussion\, practical exercises
 \, and applied activities\, participants will develop the knowledge and sk
 ills needed to design and deliver scientifically sound\, learner-centered 
 training that supports professional competency and meets the evolving need
 s of the fire investigation profession.<br />\n<br />\n<br />\n<strong>Can
