  course of instruction will be held at the United States Department of Jus
 tice&rsquo\;s Bureau of Alcohol\, Tobacco\, Firearms\, &amp\; Explosives&r
 squo\; National Center for Explosives Training &amp\; Research located on 
 Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville\, Alabama. Redstone Arsenal is a United Sta
 tes Government Installation. Since the training will be held at a U.S. Gov
 ernment Installation\, the course is only offered to U.S. student attendee
 s at this time. Due to existing security procedures\, foreign\, non-U.S. s
 tudent attendees may not register for this course of instruction.</strong>

 termine the origin and cause of the fire.</div>\n<div>&bull\; Understand a
 nd apply systematic approach and scientific method to determine the area o

 ; Identify methods of testing and eliminating hypotheses (as part of the s
