 \n<div>The Expert Witness Courtroom Testimony course walks you through wha
 t it&rsquo\;s like to prepare for and testify as an expert witness in a re
 al case. During the class\, you will spend time with actual attorneys givi
 ng your deposition\, preparing for your testimony\, as well as spending th
 e day in a real courtroom environment where you will take the stand for di
 rect and cross-examination.</div>\n<div>The classroom portion includes Leg
 al System Overview\; Court Rules and Case Law\; Qualifying as an Expert an
 d Standing by Your Curriculum Vitae\; and How to Write and Present Your Op
 inion Analysis.</div>\n<div><br />\n</div>\n<div>The court preparation por
 tion includes The Practical Exercise\; Court Exhibits: How to Present and 
 what should be Included\; Presentation of Evidence: Best Practices\; and W
 orking with an Attorney.</div>\n<div>This course meets the testimony requi
 rement for IAAI-CFI&reg\; (IAAI-Certified Fire Investigator) application.<

 ong></div>\n<div>Work Experience: A minimum of four years&rsquo\; full-tim
 e or five years&rsquo\; part-time general experience in the fire investiga
 tion industry. Specific Work Experience: A minimum of seven fire scenes th
 at you were the lead Origin &amp\; Cause Investigator.</div>\n<div>Able to
  meet all the requirements of the IAAI-CFI&reg\; application except for th
