 I course of instruction will be held at the United States Department of Ju
 stice&rsquo\;s Bureau of Alcohol\, Tobacco\, Firearms\, &amp\; Explosives&
 rsquo\; National Center for Explosives Training &amp\; Research located on
  Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville\, Alabama. Redstone Arsenal is a United St
 ates Government Installation. Since the training will be held at a U.S. Go
 vernment Installation\, the course is only offered to U.S. student attende
 es at this time. Due to existing security procedures\, foreign\, non-U.S. 
 student attendees may not register for this course of instruction.</em></s
 trong></p>\n<p>The Expert Witness Courtroom Testimony course walks you thr
 ough what it&rsquo\;s like to prepare for and testify as an expert witness
  in a real case. During the class\, you will spend time with actual attorn
 eys giving your deposition\, preparing for your testimony\, as well as spe
 nding the day in a real courtroom environment where you will take the stan
 d for direct and cross-examination.</p>\n<div>The classroom portion includ
 es Legal System Overview\; Court Rules and Case Law\; Qualifying as an Exp
 ert and Standing by Your Curriculum Vitae\; and How to Write and Present Y
 our Opinion Analysis.</div>\n<div><br />\n</div>\n<div>The court preparati
 on portion includes The Practical Exercise\; Court Exhibits: How to Presen
 t and what should be Included\; Presentation of Evidence: Best Practices\;
  and Working with an Attorney.</div>\n<div>This course meets the testimony
  requirement for IAAI-CFI&reg\; (IAAI-Certified Fire Investigator) applica

 equisites:</strong></div>\n<div>Work Experience: A minimum of four years&r
 squo\; full-time or five years&rsquo\; part-time general experience in the
  fire investigation industry. Specific Work Experience: A minimum of seven
  fire scenes that you were the lead Origin &amp\; Cause Investigator.</div
 >\n<div>Able to meet all the requirements of the IAAI-CFI&reg\; applicatio

 minary casework\, for which you have six weeks to prepare and submit. Stud
 ents will be required to update (or create) their Curriculum Vitae (CV)\, 
 develop an opinion analysis and court testimony plan\, and create two cour
