 e of instruction will be held at the United States Department of Justice&r
 squo\;s Bureau of Alcohol\, Tobacco\, Firearms\, &amp\; Explosives&rsquo\;
  National Center for Explosives Training &amp\; Research located on Redsto
 ne Arsenal in Huntsville\, Alabama. Redstone Arsenal is a United States Go
 vernment Installation. Since the training will be held at a U.S. Governmen
 t Installation\, the course is only offered to U.S. student attendees at t
 his time. Due to existing security procedures\, foreign\, non-U.S. student
  attendees may not register for this course of instruction.</em></strong><
 /p>\n<p>The Expert Witness Courtroom Testimony course walks you through wh
 at it&rsquo\;s like to prepare for and testify as an expert witness in a r
 eal case. During the class\, you will spend time with actual attorneys giv
 ing your deposition\, preparing for your testimony\, as well as spending t
 he day in a real courtroom environment where you will take the stand for d
 irect and cross-examination.</p>\n<div>The classroom portion includes Lega
 l System Overview\; Court Rules and Case Law\; Qualifying as an Expert and
  Standing by Your Curriculum Vitae\; and How to Write and Present Your Opi
 nion Analysis.</div>\n<div><br />\n</div>\n<div>The court preparation port
 ion includes The Practical Exercise\; Court Exhibits: How to Present and w
 hat should be Included\; Presentation of Evidence: Best Practices\; and Wo
 rking with an Attorney.</div>\n<div>This course meets the testimony requir
 ement for IAAI-CFI&reg\; (IAAI-Certified Fire Investigator) application.</

 es:</strong></div>\n<div>Work Experience: A minimum of four years&rsquo\; 
 full-time or five years&rsquo\; part-time general experience in the fire i
 nvestigation industry. Specific Work Experience: A minimum of seven fire s
 cenes that you were the lead Origin &amp\; Cause Investigator.</div>\n<div
