 iew<br />\n<br />\nThe Evidence Collection Technician (ECT) program is des
 igned to verify an applicant's fundamental knowledge and practical skills 
 in evidence collection at fire scenes. The evaluation is based on establis
 hed professional qualification standards and industry best practices. This
  program provides the foundation for assessing an individual's competency 
 in performing specific evidence collection tasks in accordance with accept
 ed practices.<br />\n<br />\nApplicants must meet eligibility requirements
  in experience\, education\, and training\, and successfully complete a co

 cation &amp\; Renewal<br />\nSuccessful candidates will be awarded ECT cer
 tification.<br />\nRenewal is required every five years.<br />\n<br />\nAp
 plication &amp\; Registration<br />\n<br />\nApplicants for this professio
 nal designation shall submit reference letters from their employers confir
 ming an understanding of core job performance requirements (JPRs) outlined
  in established professional qualifications standards and standard industr
 y practices related to evidence collection demonstrated at fire scenes in 
 the preceding 18 months.<br />\n<br />\nRegistration Fee:<br />\n- IAAI Me

 ><span class="cf0">Cancellation and Refund Policy</span></p>\n<p><span cla
 ss="cf1">Cancellations received 31 days or more prior to the course start 
 date are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.</span></p>\n<
 p><span class="cf1">Cancellations received within 30 days of the course st
 art date are non-refundable.</span></p>\n<p><span class="cf1">Registrants 
 who are unable to attend may\, at the discretion of the International Asso
 ciation of Arson Investigators (IAAI)\, substitute another eligible indivi
 dual from the same organization\, provided written notice is received prio
 r to the course start date.</span></p>\n<p><span class="cf1">Failure to at
 tend a course without prior written cancellation (no-shows) will not be el
 igible for a refund.</span></p>\n<p><strong>\n</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Al
 l IAAI courses are subject to cancellation or postponement at any time due
  to unforeseen circumstances. Registered participants will be notified as
