 pert Witness Courtroom Testimony course walks you through what it&rsquo\;s
  like to prepare for and testify as an expert witness in a real case. Duri
 ng the class\, you will spend time with actual attorneys giving your depos
 ition\, preparing for your testimony\, as well as spending the day in a re
 al courtroom environment where you will take the stand for direct and cros
 s-examination.</div>\n<div>The classroom portion includes Legal System Ove
 rview\; Court Rules and Case Law\; Qualifying as an Expert and Standing by
  Your Curriculum Vitae\; and How to Write and Present Your Opinion Analysi
 s.</div>\n<div><br />\n</div>\n<div>The court preparation portion includes
  The Practical Exercise\; Court Exhibits: How to Present and what should b
 e Included\; Presentation of Evidence: Best Practices\; and Working with a
 n Attorney.</div>\n<div>This course meets the testimony requirement for IA
 AI-CFI&reg\; (IAAI-Certified Fire Investigator) application.</div>\n<div><

 Cause Investigator.</div>\n<div>Able to meet all the requirements of the I
 AAI-CFI&reg\; application except for the expert witness testimony requirem

 rs of preliminary casework\, for which you have at least six weeks to prep
 are and submit.&nbsp\; Students will be required to update (or create) the
 ir Curriculum Vitae (CV)\, develop an opinion analysis and court testimony
