  IAAI course of instruction will be held at the United States Department o
 f Justice&rsquo\;s Bureau of Alcohol\, Tobacco\, Firearms\, &amp\; Explosi
 ves&rsquo\; National Center for Explosives Training &amp\; Research locate
 d on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville\, Alabama. Redstone Arsenal is a Unite
 d States Government Installation. Since the training will be held at a U.S
 . Government Installation\, the course is only offered to U.S. student att
 endees at this time. Due to existing security procedures\, foreign\, non-U
 .S. student attendees may not register for this course of instruction.</em
 ></strong></p>\n<p>The Expert Witness Courtroom Testimony course walks you
  through what it&rsquo\;s like to prepare for and testify as an expert wit
 ness in a real case. During the class\, you will spend time with actual at
 torneys giving your deposition\, preparing for your testimony\, as well as
  spending the day in a real courtroom environment where you will take the 
 stand for direct and cross-examination.</p>\n<div>The classroom portion in
 cludes Legal System Overview\; Court Rules and Case Law\; Qualifying as an
  Expert and Standing by Your Curriculum Vitae\; and How to Write and Prese
 nt Your Opinion Analysis.</div>\n<div><br />\n</div>\n<div>The court prepa
 ration portion includes The Practical Exercise\; Court Exhibits: How to Pr
 esent and what should be Included\; Presentation of Evidence: Best Practic
 es\; and Working with an Attorney.</div>\n<div>This course meets the testi
 mony requirement for IAAI-CFI&reg\; (IAAI-Certified Fire Investigator) app

 Prerequisites:</strong></div>\n<div>Work Experience: A minimum of four yea
 rs&rsquo\; full-time or five years&rsquo\; part-time general experience in
  the fire investigation industry. Specific Work Experience: A minimum of s
 even fire scenes that you were the lead Origin &amp\; Cause Investigator.<
 /div>\n<div>Able to meet all the requirements of the IAAI-CFI&reg\; applic

 reliminary casework\, for which you have six weeks to prepare and submit. 
 Students will be required to update (or create) their Curriculum Vitae (CV
 )\, develop an opinion analysis and court testimony plan\, and create two
