 idential training is designed to educate fire investigation supervisors an
 d managers on effectively administering and leading a Fire Investigation U
 nit (FIU). Developed by subject matter experts and aligned with NFPA 1033\
 , 921\, and 1321 standards\, the course provides a comprehensive approach 
 to strengthening investigation quality\, scene management\, and overall wo
 rk product. Participants will gain practical insight into managing FIU ope
 rations\, developing policies and procedures\, supporting investigator tra
 ining and professional development\, and ensuring compliance with legal an
 d regulatory expectations. The curriculum also emphasizes report writing\,
  case file management\, and the effective application of investigative res
