 se walks you through what it&rsquo\;s like to prepare for and testify as a
 n expert witness in a real case. During the class\, you will spend time wi
 th actual attorneys giving your deposition\, preparing for your testimony\
 , as well as spending the day in a real courtroom environment where you wi
 ll take the stand for direct and cross-examination.<br />\nThe classroom p
 ortion includes Legal System Overview\; Court Rules and Case Law\; Qualify
 ing as an Expert and Standing by Your Curriculum Vitae\; and How to Write 
 and Present Your Opinion Analysis.<br />\n<br />\n<br />\nThe court prepar
 ation portion includes The Practical Exercise\; Court Exhibits: How to Pre
 sent and what should be Included\; Presentation of Evidence: Best Practice
 s\; and Working with an Attorney.<br />\nThis course meets the testimony r
 equirement for IAAI-CFI&reg\; (IAAI-Certified Fire Investigator) applicati

  a position that requires them to conduct fire investigation in accordance
  with NFPA 1033. Candidate shall have a minimum of 3 years' experience and
  working to complete the required training and education to apply for thei
 r IAAI-CFI.<br />\nAble to meet all the requirements of the IAAI-CFI&reg\;
  application except for the expert witness testimony requirement and emplo
