like other payment channels\, there are network rules dependent upon how y
our financial institution processes its wire transfers. Wire processed th
rough the Federal Reserve must consider Regulation J and Operating Circula
r 6\, and those using SWIFT or CHIPS must consider the network rules relat
ed to those entities. In this beginner-level session\, attendees will rec
eive an overview of how these rules\, regs\, and laws create a framework f
or wire transfer compliance.
