 istration and take advantage of the Early Registration Fee\, you must fill
  out the online registration form and pay the registration fee by May 11\,
  2018. <strong><em>&nbsp\;</em></strong>The Regular Registration Fee will 
 apply beginning May 12\, 2018 and ending May 28\, 2018. To attend the 2018
  Summit for Online Leadership &amp\; Administration and take advantage of 
 the Regular Registration Fee\, you must fill out the online registration f
 orm and pay the registration fee by May 28\, 2018. The Late Registration F
 ee will apply beginning May 29\, 2018. Payment for the full amount of the 
 Late Registration Fee must be made by June 17\, 2018.&nbsp\; The On Site R
 egistration Fee will apply as of the first day of the conference (June 18\

 \n<p>SOLA+R (Summit for Online Leadership and Administration + Roundtable)
  is the leading event focused on the online enterprise &ndash\; from both 
 strategic and operational perspectives.</p>\n<p>Online learning is integra
 l to the financial stability as well as access mission of today&rsquo\;s i
 nstitutions\, and SOLA+R 2018 blends the best practices\, thought leadersh
 ip\, and strategy that online leaders need. </p>\n<p>SOLA+R attendees will
  focus on groundbreaking models of successful leadership development\, ena
 bling professionals to foster a culture of innovation\, creativity\, and c
 uriosity throughout their organizations.&nbsp\; </p>\n<p>Join key campus l
 eaders &ndash\; presidents\, provosts\, deans\, and teams directly engaged
  in the management and delivery of online programs &ndash\; at the premier
 e gathering for those managing the institutional online learning enterpris
 e\, June 18-20 in Washington. </p>\n<p><strong>Refunds</strong><br />\nAll
  registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing.&nb
 sp\; Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received by May 7\, 20
 18.&nbsp\; A refund of the conference fee\, minus a $75 administrative fee
 \, will be given for cancellations received between May 8 &ndash\; 28\, 20
 18.&nbsp\; No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations after M

 2018 UPCEA Summit for Online Leadership &amp\; Administration agree to all
 ow UPCEA and its official photographer to photograph them in the context o
 f the conference. Footage captured by the official photographer may be use
 d in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials. For q

 ted Events Policy<em><br />\n</em></strong>The association has gone to gre
 at lengths and expense to negotiate and contract for a reduced room rate a
 t conference hotels.&nbsp\;That rate is based upon the projected attendanc
 e at the meeting.&nbsp\;If corporate member and nonmember attendees elect 
 to stay at other hotels\, it subjects the association to attrition penalti
 es that can cause significant financial loss to the association.&nbsp\;We 
 count on our corporate community to support the association\, and one of t
 he ways to do that is to honor our efforts to secure a sufficiently large 
 room block at a reduced rate at a first class hotel/conference venue. &nbs
 p\;&nbsp\;</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>For these reasons\, corporate member and nonm
 ember attendees are prohibited from holding any meetings (briefings\, semi
 nars\, etc.) within a 25-mile radius\, targeting professional\, continuing
 \, and online leaders in higher education during the scheduled hours of UP
 CEA events unless otherwise negotiated and scheduled with and by UPCEA. An
 y such meeting occurring within 36 hours before or after the UPCEA confere
 nce must be coordinated with UPCEA and\, space permitting\, be held at the
  conference hotel.&nbsp\; This policy helps ensure that the association&rs
 quo\;s contracted obligations to the hotel for guest rooms and food and be
 verage minimums are met\, which is essential for the financial health of t
 he association and its members. If UPCEA cannot find space for the corpora
 te member or nonmember attendee&rsquo\;s event at the contracted hotel\, w
 e will work to help find alternative space.&nbsp\; In no circumstances\, h
 owever\, is it permissible for a corporate member or nonmember attendee to
  contract a separate hotel block\, either at the conference hotel or elsew
 here.&nbsp\; </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>UPCEA reserves the right to prohibit corpo
 rate member and nonmember attendees &nbsp\;who violate this policy from ex
