 tion Fee will apply beginning December 9\, 2026 and ending March 2\, 2027.
  To attend the 2027 UPCEA Annual Conference and take advantage of the Regu
 lar Registration Fee\, you must fill out the online registration form and 
 pay the registration fee by March 2\, 2027. The Late Registration Fee will
  apply beginning March 3\, 2027. Payment for the full amount of the Late R
 egistration Fee must be made by April 12\, 2027. The On-Site Registration 
 Fee will apply as of the first day of the conference (April 13\, 2027). <b

 trong>Event Description<br />\n</strong>\n<p>The <strong>UPCEA Annual Conf
 erence</strong> is the most significant assembly of thought leaders and pr
 actitioners today in the field of professional\, continuing\, and online e
 ducation. Join us April 13-15\, 2027 in Anaheim\, CA for engaging keynote 
 speakers\, high-energy concurrent sessions\, and plentiful networking oppo
 rtunities.<br />\nThe Annual Conference convenes deans and other senior un
 iversity leaders\, key staff\, and teams responsible for the management\, 
 administration\, and growth of professional\, continuing\, and online educ
 ation programs. Attendees have access to targeted sessions spanning the to
 p areas of practice in our field (aligned with UPCEA's seven professional 
 Networks)\, led by higher education experts and colleagues.<br />\nAttende
 es will also find targeted sessions on the most pressing topics in the fie
 ld today - including federal policy\, finance and operations\, marketing a
 nd enrollment management\, instructional design\, noncredit programs\, alt
 ernative credentialing\, and more.<br />\n<br />\n<strong data-stringify-t
 ype="bold">Health and Safety</strong>\nBy registering for this event\, you
  agree to abide by the host hotel's\, local\, state\, and UPCEA's health a
 nd safety guidelines in effect as of the conference dates.</p>\n<p dir="lt
 r" style="line-height: 1.38\; margin-top: 12pt\; margin-bottom: 12pt\;">UP
 CEA recommends that attendees be up to date on their vaccinations\, and we
 ar a properly fitting face mask during UPCEA events at all public indoor s
 paces. Conference attendees are reminded to be respectful of individual&nb
 sp\; choices made by fellow attendees\, UPCEA staff\, and others at the co
 nference. These guidelines are subject to change at any point\, and attend
 ees will be notified if any additional requirements are implemented.&nbsp\

 ottom: 12pt\;"><strong><em>Waiver</em></strong>\nCOVID-19 has been declare
 d a global pandemic by the World Health Organization and is extremely cont
 agious. UPCEA cannot guarantee that attendees will not become infected wit
 h COVID-19 as a result of participation in the conference. By registering

 ).</p>\n<p><strong>\nRefunds</strong>\nAll registration cancellation and r
 efund requests must be made in writing.&nbsp\; Full refunds will be grante

 conference fee\, minus a $250 administrative fee\, will be given for cance

 e Photo Policy</strong>\nRegistrants of the 2027 UPCEA Annual Conference a
 gree to allow UPCEA and its official photographer to photograph them in th
 e context of the conference. Footage captured by the official photographer

 ong>Affiliated Events Policy</strong>\nThe association has gone to great l
 engths and expense to negotiate and contract for a reduced room rate at co
 nference hotels.&nbsp\;That rate is based upon the projected attendance at
  the meeting.&nbsp\;If <g class="gr_ gr_99 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_car
 ds gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins replaceWithoutSep" id="99" data-gr-id="99"
 >corporate</g> member and <g class="gr_ gr_98 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_
 cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" id="98" data-gr-id="98">nonm
 ember</g> attendees elect to stay at other hotels\, it subjects the associ
 ation to attrition penalties that can cause significant financial loss to 
 the association.&nbsp\;We count on our corporate community to support the 
 association\, and one of the ways to do that is to honor our efforts to se
 cure a sufficiently large room block at a reduced rate at a first class ho
 tel/conference venue. &nbsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>For these
  reasons\, corporate member and <g class="gr_ gr_107 gr-alert gr_spell gr_
 inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" id="107" data-gr-id="
 107">nonmember</g> attendees are prohibited from holding any meetings (bri
 efings\, seminars\, etc.) within a 25-mile radius\, targeting professional
 \, continuing\, and online leaders in higher education during the schedule
 d hours of UPCEA events unless otherwise negotiated and scheduled with and
  by UPCEA. Any such meeting occurring within 36 hours before or after the 
 UPCEA conference must be coordinated with UPCEA and\, space permitting\, b
 e held at the conference hotel.&nbsp\; This policy helps ensure that the a
 ssociation&rsquo\;s contracted obligations to the hotel for guest rooms an
 d food and beverage minimums are met\, which is essential for the financia
 l health of the association and its members. If UPCEA cannot find space fo
 r the corporate member or <g class="gr_ gr_109 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline
 _cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" id="109" data-gr-id="109">n
 onmember</g> attendee&rsquo\;s event at the contracted hotel\, we will wor
 k to help find alternative space.&nbsp\; In no circumstances\, however\, i
 s it permissible for a corporate member or nonmember attendee to contract 
 a separate hotel block\, either at the conference hotel or elsewhere.&nbsp
 \; </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>UPCEA reserves the right to proh
 ibit corporate member and <g class="gr_ gr_93 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_
