\nTo attend the 2022 UPCEA Marketing and Enrollment Management Seminar and take advantage of the Early Registration Fee\, you must fill out the online re gistration form and pay the registration fee by October 5\, 2022. The Regu lar Registration Fee will apply beginning October 6\, 2022 and ending Nove mber 2\, 2022. To attend the 2022 UPCEA Marketing and Enrollment Managemen t Seminar and take advantage of the Regular Registration Fee\, you must fi ll out the online registration form and pay the registration fee by Novemb er 2\, 2022. The Late Registration Fee will apply beginning November 3\, 2 022. Payment for the full amount of the Late Registration Fee must be made by November 29\, 2022. \; The On-Site R egistration Fee will apply as of the first day of the conference (November 30\, 2022).\n

\nThis 31st Annual MEMS will be spec ial &ndash\; not only because of the chance to learn from and reconnect wi th colleagues who truly get the work that we do in-person\, but because of the conference location in New Orleans&rsquo\; French Quarter\, surrounde d by world-class food and entertainment\, historic architecture\, and more .

As professionals focused on marketing\, recruitment\, and stu dent success within the higher education arena\, we know the value of addr essing today&rsquo\;s challenges with data-driven strategies and proven ta ctics to help you grow your enrollments &ndash\; and we hope you can join us.

Refunds
\nAll registrat ion cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. \; Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received by October 5\, 2022.&nb sp\; A refund of the conference fee\, minus a $75 administrative fee\, wil l be given for cancellations received between October 6 &ndash\; November 2\, 2022. \; No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations a fter November 2\, 2022. Please submit all requests to Jacqueline Romero at jromero@upcea.edu. Anyone who is r egistered but cannot attend may send a substitute from the same organizati on. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. \;Please note that all cancellation fees apply even if initial invoice has yet to be paid.

Conf erence Photo Policy
\nRegistrants of the 2022 UPCEA Marketing and Enrollment Management Seminar agree to allow UPCEA and its official photographer to p hotograph them in the context of the conference. Footage captured by the o fficial photographer may be used in future print and electronic promotiona l and archival materials. Affiliated Events Policy
\nThe association has gone to great lengths a nd expense to negotiate and contract for a reduced room rate at conference hotels. \;That rate is based upon the projected attendance at the mee ting. \;If corporate member and nonmember attendees elect to stay at o ther hotels\, it subjects the association to attrition penalties that can cause significant financial loss to the association. \;We count on our corporate community to support the association\, and one of the ways to d o that is to honor our efforts to secure a sufficiently large room block a t a reduced rate at a first class hotel/conference venue.  \; \; < /span>

\n

\n

For these reasons\, corporate member and nonmember attendees are prohibit ed from holding any meetings (briefings\, seminars\, etc.) within a 25-mil e radius\, targeting professional\, continuing\, and online leaders in hig her education during the scheduled hours of UPCEA events unless otherwise negotiated and scheduled with and by UPCEA. Any such meeting occurring wit hin 36 hours before or after the UPCEA conference must be coordinated with UPCEA and\, space permitting\, be held at the conference hotel. \; Th is policy helps ensure that the association&rsquo\;s contracted obligation s to the hotel for guest rooms and food and beverage minimums are met\, wh ich is essential for the financial health of the association and its membe rs. If UPCEA cannot find space for the corporate member or nonmember atten dee&rsquo\;s event at the contracted hotel\, we will work to help find alt ernative space. \; In no circumstances\, however\, is it permissible f or a corporate member or nonmember attendee to contract a separate hotel b lock\, either at the conference hotel or elsewhere. \;

UPCEA reserve s the right to prohibit corporate member and nonmember attendees who viola te this policy from exhibiting or participating at UPCEA events.
