 tractor</strong>\nUPCEA uses Arata Expositions as its General Contractor t
 o set up/decorate the Exhibit Hall at the Annual Conference.&nbsp\; All ex
 hibitors for the Annual Conference agree to ship their materials to the at
 tention of Arata Expositions and pay any associated fees that Arata Exposi
 tions charges as it relates to handling of your exhibit materials etc.&nbs
 p\; An Exhibitor Service Manual produced by Arata Expositions will be prov
 ided to your exhibit logistics contact at a later date.</p>\n<p><strong>Re
 funds</strong>\nAll registration cancellation and refund requests must be 
 made in writing.&nbsp\; A 40% refund will be granted for cancellations rec
 eived by December 10\, 2025. No refunds or credits will be granted for can
 cellations after December 10\, 2025. Please submit all requests to Brandan
