 Regular Registration Fee will apply beginning December 14\, 2019 and endin
 g January 7\, 2020. To attend the 2020 Summit for Online Leadership &amp\;
  Administration and take advantage of the Regular Registration Fee\, you m
 ust fill out the online registration form and pay the registration fee by 
 January 7\, 2020. The Late Registration Fee will apply beginning January 8
 \, 2020. Payment for the full amount of the Late Registration Fee must be 
 made by February 3\, 2020.&nbsp\; The On Site Registration Fee will apply 
 as of the first day of the conference (February 4\, 2020).&nbsp\; <br />\n
 <br />\n<strong>Event Description<br />\n</strong>\n<p>SOLA+R (Summit for 
 Online Leadership and Administration + Roundtable) is the leading event fo
 cused on the online enterprise &ndash\; from both strategic and operationa
 l perspectives.</p>\n<p>Online learning is integral to the financial stabi
 lity as well as access mission of today&rsquo\;s institutions\, and SOLA+R
  2020 blends the best practices\, thought leadership\, and strategy that o
 nline leaders need. </p>\n<p>SOLA+R attendees will focus on groundbreaking
  models of successful leadership development\, enabling professionals to f
 oster a culture of innovation\, creativity\, and curiosity throughout thei
 r organizations.&nbsp\; </p>\n<p>Join key campus leaders &ndash\; presiden
 ts\, provosts\, deans\, and teams directly engaged in the management and d
 elivery of online programs &ndash\; at the premiere gathering for those ma
 naging the institutional online learning enterprise\, February 4-6\, 2020 
 in New Orleans. </p>\n<p><strong>Refunds</strong><br />\nAll registration 
 cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing.&nbsp\; Full refu
 nds will be granted for cancellations received by December 10\, 2019.&nbsp
 \; A refund of the conference fee\, minus a $75 administrative fee\, will 
 be given for cancellations received between December 11\, 2019 and January
  7\, 2020.&nbsp\; No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations

 ts of the 2020 UPCEA Summit for Online Leadership &amp\; Administration ag
 ree to allow UPCEA and its official photographer to photograph them in the
  context of the conference. Footage captured by the official photographer 
 may be used in future print and electronic promotional and archival materi

 ng>Affiliated Events Policy<em><br />\n</em></strong>The association has g
 one to great lengths and expense to negotiate and contract for a reduced r
 oom rate at conference hotels.&nbsp\;That rate is based upon the projected
  attendance at the meeting.&nbsp\;If corporate member and nonmember attend
 ees elect to stay at other hotels\, it subjects the association to attriti
 on penalties that can cause significant financial loss to the association.
 &nbsp\;We count on our corporate community to support the association\, an
 d one of the ways to do that is to honor our efforts to secure a sufficien
 tly large room block at a reduced rate at a first class hotel/conference v
 enue. &nbsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>For these reasons\, corporate membe
 r and nonmember attendees are prohibited from holding any meetings (briefi
 ngs\, seminars\, etc.) within a 25-mile radius\, targeting professional\, 
 continuing\, and online leaders in higher education during the scheduled h
 ours of UPCEA events unless otherwise negotiated and scheduled with and by
  UPCEA. Any such meeting occurring within 36 hours before or after the UPC
 EA conference must be coordinated with UPCEA and\, space permitting\, be h
 eld at the conference hotel.&nbsp\; This policy helps ensure that the asso
 ciation&rsquo\;s contracted obligations to the hotel for guest rooms and f
 ood and beverage minimums are met\, which is essential for the financial h
 ealth of the association and its members. If UPCEA cannot find space for t
 he corporate member or nonmember attendee&rsquo\;s event at the contracted
  hotel\, we will work to help find alternative space.&nbsp\; In no circums
 tances\, however\, is it permissible for a corporate member or nonmember a
 ttendee to contract a separate hotel block\, either at the conference hote
 l or elsewhere.&nbsp\; </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>UPCEA reserves the right to proh
 ibit corporate member and nonmember attendees who violate this policy from
