 itors for the Annual Conference agree to ship their materials to the atten
 tion of Arata Expositions and pay any associated fees that Arata Expositio
 ns charges as it relates to handling of your exhibit materials etc.&nbsp\;
  An Exhibitor Service Manual produced by Arata Expositions will be provide
 d to your exhibit logistics contact at a later date.</p>\n<p><strong>Refun
 ds</strong>\nAll registration cancellation and refund requests must be mad
 e in writing.&nbsp\; A 40% refund will be granted for cancellations receiv
 ed by December 8\, 2026. No refunds or credits will be granted for cancell
