ual Conference is the most significant assembly of thought leader
s and practitioners today in the field of professional\, continuing\, and
online education. Join us March 24-26\, 2025 in Denver\, CO for engaging k
eynote speakers\, high-energy concurrent sessions\, and plentiful networki
ng opportunities.

\nThe Annual Conference convenes deans and
other senior university leaders\, key staff\, and teams responsible for th
e management\, administration\, and growth of professional\, continuing\,
and online education programs. Attendees have access to targeted sessions
spanning the top areas of practice in our field (aligned with UPCEA's seve
n professional Networks)\, led by higher education experts and colleagues.

\nAttendees will also find targeted sessions on the most pre
ssing topics in the field today - including federal policy\, finance and o
perations\, marketing and enrollment management\, instructional design\, n
oncredit programs\, alternative credentialing\, and more.

UPCEA recommends that attendees be up to date on thei r vaccinations\, and wear a properly fitting face mask during UPCEA events at all public indoor spaces. Conference attendees are reminded to be resp ectful of individual \; choices made by fellow attendees\, UPCEA staff \, and others at the conference. These guidelines are subject to change at any point\, and attendees will be notified if any additional requirements are implemented. \;
\nWaiver\nCO VID-19 has been declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organizatio n and is extremely contagious. UPCEA cannot guarantee that attendees will not become infected with COVID-19 as a result of participation in the conf erence. By registering for the conference\, I:

\n\nRefunds\nAll registra tion cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. \; Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received by November 18\, 2024. \; A refund of the conference fee\, minus a $200 administrative fee\, will be given for cancellations received between November 19\, 2024 &ndas h\; February 24\, 2025. \; No refunds or credits will be granted for c ancellations after February 24\, 2025. Please submit all requests to info@upcea.edu. Anyone who is registered bu t cannot attend may send a substitute from the same organization. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. \; Please note that all cancel lation fees apply even if the initial invoice has yet to be paid.
\nConference Photo Policy\nRegistrants of the 2025 UPCEA Annual Conference agree to allow UPCEA and its official photographe r to photograph them in the context of the conference. Footage captured by the official photographer may be used in future print and electronic prom otional and archival materials.
