Registration &\; Fees
\n < em>Your registration will not be complete until you have both completed the registration form and paid. \;To attend the SUPER 2019: U PCEA Central &\; West Regional Conference and take advantage of the Ear ly Registration Fee\, you must fill out the online registration form and p ay the registration fee by August 28\, 2019. \;The Regular Registration Fee will apply beginning August 29\, 2019 and ending September 25\, 2019. To attend the SUP ER 2019: UPCEA Central &\; West Regional Conference and take advantage of the Regular Registration Fee\, you must fill out the online registratio n form and pay the registration fee by September 25\, 2019. The Late Regis tration Fee will apply beginning September 26\, 2019. Payment for the full amount of the Late Registration Fee must be made by October 22\, 2019.&nb sp\; The On Si te Registration Fee will apply as of the first day of the conference ( October 23\, 2019). \;

Located within walking distance of the D enver Light Rail System\, the Embassy Suites is an excellent place for gue sts who want to explore Denver&rsquo\;s sports venues\, shops\, and cultur al highlights.

Denver is located in the South Platte River Valley on the western edge of the High Plains\, just east of the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. Refunds
\nAll registration canc ellation and refund requests must be made in writing. \; Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received by August 28\, 2019. \; A r efund of the conference fee\, minus a $75 administrative fee\, will be giv en for cancellations received between August 29 &ndash\; September 25\, 20 19. \; No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations after S eptember 25\, 2019. Please submit all requests to Jacqueline Romero at jromero@upcea.edu. Anyone who is regis tered but cannot attend may send a substitute from the same organization. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Conference Photo Policy
\nRegistrants of the SUPER 2019: UPCEA Central &\; West Regio nal Conference agree to allow UPCEA and its official photographer to photo graph them in the context of the conference. Footage captured by the offic ial photographer may be used in future print and electronic promotional an d archival materials. Affiliated Events Policy
\nThe association has gone to great lengths and expense to negotiat e and contract for a reduced room rate at conference hotels. \;That ra te is based upon the projected attendance at the meeting. \;If corpora te member and nonmember attendees elect to stay at other hotels\, it subje cts the association to attrition penalties that can cause significant fina ncial loss to the association. \;We count on our corporate community t o support the association\, and one of the ways to do that is to honor our efforts to secure a sufficiently large room block at a reduced rate at a first class hotel/conference venue. \; \;\n

For these reasons \, corporate member and nonmember attendees are prohibited from holding an y meetings (briefings\, seminars\, etc.) within a 25-mile radius\, targeti ng professional\, continuing\, and online leaders in higher education duri ng the scheduled hours of UPCEA events unless otherwise negotiated and sch eduled with and by UPCEA. Any such meeting occurring within 36 hours befor e or after the UPCEA conference must be coordinated with UPCEA and\, space permitting\, be held at the conference hotel. \; This policy helps en sure that the association&rsquo\;s contracted obligations to the hotel for guest rooms and food and beverage minimums are met\, which is essential f or the financial health of the association and its members. If UPCEA canno t find space for the corporate member or nonmember attendee&rsquo\;s event at the contracted hotel\, we will work to help find alternative space.&nb sp\; In no circumstances\, however\, is it permissible for a corporate mem ber or nonmember attendee to contract a separate hotel block\, either at t he conference hotel or elsewhere. \;

UPCEA reserves the right to prohibit corporate member and nonmember attendees \;who violate this policy from exhibiting or participating at UPCEA events.
