 CEA Central Region Conference brings together professionals who are dedica
 ted to the field of higher education. For the past few years we have leane
 d on each other more than ever for support through unprecedented times\, a
 nd this year we will be able to hold the conference in person. </p>\n<br /
 >\n<p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.38\; margin-top: 0pt\; margin-bottom
 : 0pt\;">We will join together in person to discuss trends\, best practice
 s\, innovative approaches\, while spending time with friends and meeting n
 ew colleagues throughout the Central Region. During our time together in C
 olumbus we will celebrate the accomplishments of our colleagues\, observe 
 the results of our growing partnerships\, and appreciate the hard work of 
 our dedicated volunteers. Columbus has a lot to offer so please take some 
 time to explore the city when you&rsquo\;re not in sessions!&nbsp\;</p>\n<

 serif\;"></span></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Conference Photo Policy</strong>
 <br />\nRegistrants of the 2022 UPCEA Central Region Conference agree to a
 llow UPCEA and its official photographer to photograph them in the context
  of the conference. Footage captured by the official photographer may be u
 sed in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials. For

 iated Events Policy<em><br />\n</em></strong>The association has gone to g
 reat lengths and expense to negotiate and contract for a reduced room rate
  at conference hotels.&nbsp\;That rate is based upon the projected attenda
 nce at the meeting.&nbsp\;If corporate member and nonmember attendees elec
 t to stay at other hotels\, it subjects the association to attrition penal
 ties that can cause significant financial loss to the association.&nbsp\;W
 e count on our corporate community to support the association\, and one of
  the ways to do that is to honor our efforts to secure a sufficiently larg
 e room block at a reduced rate at a first class hotel/conference venue. &n
 bsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>For these reasons\, corporate member and no
 nmember attendees are prohibited from holding any meetings (briefings\, se
 minars\, etc.) within a 25-mile radius\, targeting professional\, continui
 ng\, and online leaders in higher education during the scheduled hours of 
 UPCEA events unless otherwise negotiated and scheduled with and by UPCEA. 
 Any such meeting occurring within 36 hours before or after the UPCEA confe
 rence must be coordinated with UPCEA and\, space permitting\, be held at t
 he conference hotel.&nbsp\; This policy helps ensure that the association&
 rsquo\;s contracted obligations to the hotel for guest rooms and food and 
 beverage minimums are met\, which is essential for the financial health of
  the association and its members. If UPCEA cannot find space for the corpo
 rate member or nonmember attendee&rsquo\;s event at the contracted hotel\,
  we will work to help find alternative space.&nbsp\; In no circumstances\,
  however\, is it permissible for a corporate member or nonmember attendee 
 to contract a separate hotel block\, either at the conference hotel or els
 ewhere.&nbsp\; </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>UPCEA reserves the right to prohibit cor
 porate member and nonmember attendees who violate this policy from exhibit
