To a ttend the 2024 UPCEA MEMS Conference and take advantage of the Early Regis tration Fee\, you must fill out the online registration form and pay the r egistration fee by September 10\, 2024. The Standard Registration Fee will apply beginning September 11\, 2024 and ending November 5\, 2024. To atte nd the 2024 UPCEA MEMS Conference and take advantage of the Standard Regis tration Fee\, you must fill out the online registration form and pay the r egistration fee by November 5\, 2024. The Late Registration Fee will apply beginning November 6\, 2024. Payment for the full amount of the Late Regi stration Fee must be made by December 2\, 2024. \; The On-Site Registration Fee will apply as of the first day of the conference (December 5\, 2024).

Refunds
\nAll registration cancellation and refund requ ests must be made in writing. \; Full refunds will be granted for canc ellations received by September 10\, 2024. \; A refund of the conferen ce fee\, minus a $200 administrative fee\, will be given for cancellations received between September 11 &ndash\; November 5\, 2024. \; No refun ds or credits will be granted for cancellations after November 5\, 2024. P lease submit all requests to Jacqueline Romero at jromero@upcea.edu. Anyone who is registered but cannot atte nd may send a substitute from the same organization. \nThe annual U PCEA MEMS conference is the premier event for leaders and practitioners re sponsible for professional\, continuing\, and online education marketing\, enrollment management\, and student success at colleges and universities around the world. For over 25 years\, the UPCEA conference has drawn profe ssionals from institutions of all sizes to showcase thought leadership in our field and to explore trends in adult student recruitment and retention . Designed for both senior leaders and practitioners\, the conference offe rs high level\, strategically-focused presentations as well as sessions wh ich spotlight the tactical components of marketing and enrollment manageme nt in today&rsquo\;s higher education landscape.

\nConference Photo Po licy
\nRegistrants of the 2024 UPCEA MEMS Conference agree to allow UPCEA and its official photographer to photograph them in the context of the confer ence. Footage captured by the official photographer may be used in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials. Affiliated Events Policy
\nThe associat ion has gone to great lengths and expense to negotiate and contract for a reduced room rate at conference hotels. \;That rate is based upon the projected attendance at the meeting. \;If corporate member and nonmemb er attendees elect to stay at other hotels\, it subjects the association t o attrition penalties that can cause significant financial loss to the ass ociation. \;We count on our corporate community to support the associa tion\, and one of the ways to do that is to honor our efforts to secure a sufficiently large room block at a reduced rate at a first class hotel/con ference venue. \; \;
\n

For these reasons\, corporate member and n onmember attendees are prohibited from holding any meetings (briefings\, s eminars\, etc.) within a 25-mile radius\, targeting professional\, continu ing\, and online leaders in higher education during the scheduled hours of UPCEA events unless otherwise negotiated and scheduled with and by UPCEA. Any such meeting occurring within 36 hours before or after the UPCEA conf erence must be coordinated with UPCEA and\, space permitting\, be held at the conference hotel. \; This policy helps ensure that the association &rsquo\;s contracted obligations to the hotel for guest rooms and food and beverage minimums are met\, which is essential for the financial health o f the association and its members. If UPCEA cannot find space for the corp orate member or nonmember attendee&rsquo\;s event at the contracted hotel\ , we will work to help find alternative space. \; In no circumstances\ , however\, is it permissible for a corporate member or nonmember attendee to contract a separate hotel block\, either at the conference hotel or el sewhere. \;

UPCEA reserves the right to prohibit corporate member an d nonmember attendees who violate this policy from exhibiting or participa ting at UPCEA events.
