  form and pay the registration fee by October 9\, 2019. The Regular Regist
 ration Fee will apply beginning October 10\, 2019 and ending November 6\, 
 2019. To attend the 2019 UPCEA Marketing and Enrollment Management Seminar
  and take advantage of the Regular Registration Fee\, you must fill out th
 e online registration form and pay the registration fee by November 6\, 20
 19. The Late Registration Fee will apply beginning November 7\, 2019. Paym
 ent for the full amount of the Late Registration Fee must be made by Decem
 ber 3\, 2019.&nbsp\; The <g class="gr_ gr_44 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_c
 ards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="44" data-gr-

 .</p>\n<p><strong>Refunds</strong><br />\nAll registration cancellation an
 d refund requests must be made in writing.&nbsp\; Full refunds will be gra
 nted for cancellations received by October 9\, 2019.&nbsp\; A refund of th
 e conference fee\, minus a $75 administrative fee\, will be given for canc
 ellations received between October 10 &ndash\; November 6\, 2019.&nbsp\; N
 o refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations after November 6\,

  agree to allow UPCEA and its official photographer to photograph them in 
 the context of the conference. Footage captured by the official photograph
 er may be used in future print and electronic promotional and archival mat

 \n<p><strong><span style="font-family: verdana\, sans-serif\;">Affiliated 
 Events Policy</span></strong><span style="font-family: verdana\, sans-seri
 f\;"><br />\nThe association has gone to great lengths and expense to nego
 tiate and contract for a reduced room rate at conference hotels.&nbsp\;Tha
 t rate is based upon the projected attendance at the meeting.&nbsp\;If cor
 porate member and nonmember attendees elect to stay at other hotels\, it s
 ubjects the association to attrition penalties that can cause significant 
 financial loss to the association.&nbsp\;We count on our corporate communi
 ty to support the association\, and one of the ways to do that is to honor
  our efforts to secure a sufficiently large room block at a reduced rate a
 t a first class hotel/conference venue. &nbsp\;&nbsp\; </span></p>\n<p> </
 p>\n<p><span style="font-family: verdana\, sans-serif\;">For these reasons
 \, corporate member and nonmember attendees are prohibited from holding an
 y meetings (briefings\, seminars\, etc.) within a 25-mile radius\, targeti
 ng professional\, continuing\, and online leaders in higher education duri
 ng the scheduled hours of UPCEA events unless otherwise negotiated and sch
 eduled with and by UPCEA. Any such meeting occurring within 36 hours befor
 e or after the UPCEA conference must be coordinated with UPCEA and\, space
  permitting\, be held at the conference hotel.&nbsp\; This policy helps en
 sure that the association&rsquo\;s contracted obligations to the hotel for
  guest rooms and food and beverage minimums are met\, which is essential f
 or the financial health of the association and its members. If UPCEA canno
 t find space for the corporate member or nonmember attendee&rsquo\;s event
  at the contracted hotel\, we will work to help find alternative space.&nb
 sp\; In no circumstances\, however\, is it permissible for a corporate mem
 ber or nonmember attendee to contract a separate hotel block\, either at t
 he conference hotel or elsewhere.&nbsp\; </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span s
 tyle="font-family: verdana\, sans-serif\;">UPCEA reserves the right to pro
 hibit corporate member and nonmember attendees &nbsp\;who violate this pol
 icy from exhibiting or participating at UPCEA events.</span></p>\n<p> </p>
