To attend the 2026 UPCEA MEMS Conference and take advantage of the Early Registration Fee\, y ou must fill out the online registration form and pay the registration fee by August 24\, 2026. The Standard Registration Fee will apply beginning A ugust 25\, 2026 and ending October 19\, 2026. To attend the 2026 UPCEA MEM S Conference and take advantage of the Standard Registration Fee\, you mus t fill out the online registration form and pay the registration fee by Oc tober 19\, 2026. The Late Registration Fee will apply beginning October 20 \, 2026. Payment for the full amount of the Late Registration Fee must be made by November 29\, 2026. \; The On-Site Registration Fee will apply as o f the first day of the conference (November 30\, 2026).

Refu nds\nAll registration cancellation and refund requests must be ma de in writing. \; Full refunds will be granted for cancellations recei ved by August 24\, 2026. \; A refund of the conference fee\, minus a $ 250 administrative fee\, will be given for cancellations received between August 25 &ndash\; October 19\, 2026. \; No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations after October 19\, 2026. Please submit all requ ests to info@upcea.edu. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute from the same organizat ion. \nThe annual UPCEA MEMS conference is the premier event for le aders and practitioners responsible for professional\, continuing\, and on line education marketing\, enrollment management\, and student success at colleges and universities around the world. For over 25 years\, the UPCEA conference has drawn professionals from institutions of all sizes to showc ase thought leadership in our field and to explore trends in adult student recruitment and retention. Designed for both senior leaders and practitio ners\, the conference offers high level\, strategically-focused presentati ons as well as sessions which spotlight the tactical components of marketi ng and enrollment management in today&rsquo\;s higher education landscape.
\n< br />\nConference Photo Policy\nRegistrants of the 2026 UPCEA MEMS Conference agre e to allow UPCEA and its official photographer to photograph them in the c ontext of the conference. Footage captured by the official photographer ma y be used in future print and electronic promotional and archival material s. Affiliated Event s Policy \nThe association has gone to great lengths and expense to negotiate and c ontract for a reduced room rate at conference hotels. \;That rate is b ased upon the projected attendance at the meeting. \;If corporate memb er and nonmember attendees elect to stay at other hotels\, it subjects the association to attrition penalties that can cause significant financial l oss to the association. \;We count on our corporate community to suppo rt the association\, and one of the ways to do that is to honor our effort s to secure a sufficiently large room block at a reduced rate at a first c lass hotel/conference venue.  \; \;

\n

\n

For these reasons\, corporat e member and nonmember attendees are prohibited from holding any meetings (briefings\, seminars\, etc.) within a 25-mile radius\, targeting professi onal\, continuing\, and online leaders in higher education during the sche duled hours of UPCEA events unless otherwise negotiated and scheduled with and by UPCEA. Any such meeting occurring within 36 hours before or after the UPCEA conference must be coordinated with UPCEA and\, space permitting \, be held at the conference hotel. \; This policy helps ensure that t he association&rsquo\;s contracted obligations to the hotel for guest room s and food and beverage minimums are met\, which is essential for the fina ncial health of the association and its members. If UPCEA cannot find spac e for the corporate member or nonmember attendee&rsquo\;s event at the con tracted hotel\, we will work to help find alternative space. \; In no circumstances\, however\, is it permissible for a corporate member or nonm ember attendee to contract a separate hotel block\, either at the conferen ce hotel or elsewhere. \;

UPCEA reserves the right to prohibit corpo rate member and nonmember attendees who violate this policy from exhibitin g or participating at UPCEA events.
